About this Role We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to provide operational and administrative support for employees and managers through AskHR channels. This role involves managing HR queries, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and maintaining accurate HR data. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, contributing to process improvements and delivering high-quality service standards. What you will do Provide HR assistance to employees and managers via AskHR channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of queries in line with internal policies and procedures.Act as the first point of contact for HR-related questions, offering guidance on HR policies and processes.Use the ticketing system to log, monitor, and resolve cases, ensuring service performance is measurable and meets agreed standards.Monitor performance indicators regularly and implement improvements to enhance response times and service quality.Recommend process and policy enhancements based on feedback from employees and managers.Maintain up-to-date and accurate HR process information on the internal HR portal.Process and update employee data in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy at all times.Prepare, copy, file, and archive HR documents as required.Communicate effectively with HR team members, management, internal and external candidates, recruitment agencies, and other suppliers involved in recruitment processes.Ensure compliance with internal regulations, Vodafone Group Code of Conduct, and policy requirements.Support operational and administrative tasks as assigned by the direct manager, based on business needs.Participate in mandatory internal training and professional development programmes. Who you are University degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of labour legislation. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Advanced English proficiency. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Flexible and adaptable to change.
