Responsibilities

WE’RE ALL ABOUT PUTTING THE RIGHT PEOPLE, IN THE RIGHT ROLE! HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Tertiary qualification in a related field with proven experience in a similar role
  • Sound understanding of the event and arts industry including experience with operations, development, support and facilitation in events and arts projects
  • Prior experience coordinating event or community projects including planning and delivery skills

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of Council’s events and activation program to align with identified strategic outcomes
  • Facilitate and support film wedding and event organisers with the PSC licence
  • Coordinate the event application, assessment and approvals process, ensuring that the operational aspects of the event are appropriate
  • Support the curation of the arts and cultural progra
