The Vibration Welder will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot vibration welding equipment to produce high-quality, durable welds in plastic or other materials. This role requires a strong understanding of welding techniques, precision in execution, and adherence to safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate vibration welding machines according to job specifications. Adjust machine settings, such as amplitude, pressure, and weld time, to meet production requirements. Load materials into welding fixtures and ensure proper alignment and positioning. Inspect welded parts for defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements. Perform routine tests and measurements to confirm weld integrity and precision. Maintain accurate records of welding processes and inspection results. Diagnose and resolve issues related to machine operation, tooling, or material compatibility. Work with maintenance and engineering teams to implement repairs and improvements. Follow all safety guidelines and ensure a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Self-Motivated team player. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, heat, and vibrations. Previous experience in vibration welding or plastic welding techniques preferred.
