The Role

As a Site Supervisor, you'll lead the team on-site, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and effectively. You'll manage daily operations, including resources, plant, and subcontractors, while keeping everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise land development, underground, pavement, and earthwork projects.
• Plan and manage on-site activities, ensuring safety and quality.
• Direct and support the team, ensuring clear communication and smooth operations.
• Oversee resources and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in supervising land development, underground, or earthwork projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Commitment to safety and OSH practices.
• Construction White Card and Drivers License.
• Permanent work rights in Australia.
• Must pass a pre-employment medical.
