Working with the various Lines of Business as well as the International and US Based Reporting and Tax Teams Support change initiatives for the country and region where necessary Experienced Finance specialist with a background in accounting and regulatory reporting to the SFC and the HKMA Financial services experience Risk management, controls and governance experience Project management and outsourcing experiences would be desirable Effective leadership skills Strong communicator who can articulate key messages Sound decision making abilities and well as responsible and accountable Client orientated and results focused Able to manage risk in a highly regulated and controlled environment Strong control mindset Ability to collaborate across Finance and the wider organisation Able to work in a complex global organisation Motivated and proactive with a proven ability for problem solving
