The Impact You Will Make The role of Vice President, Administration is responsible for directing all administrative functions in accordance with industry standards, regulatory agencies, and company objectives. As part of the senior leadership team, the VP will drive the strategic direction and roadmap of initiatives for the Administration department through a hands-on approach and deep knowledge of the business. They will partner with and involve functional experts across the organization to gain buy in and ensure execution of projects and processes. This role will ensure consistent use of technology and systems through training and development of the Administration Team. Responsibilities: Direct design and execution of the company’s Administration function and roadmap. Develop tools, SOPs and automation of processes to enhance the performance of the Administrator role; identify areas of automation to enhance and augment the performance of the team. Drive engagement of the Administration team using data from employee engagement surveys, new hire surveys, exit surveys, virtual and on-site meetings and Administrator team calls. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on the progress of Administration projects, addressing any concerns or questions the team may have. Work with Learning and Development team to create training around core Administrator responsibilities; identify knowledge gaps within the team and schedule trainings to enhance individual and team skill sets. Develop a deep understanding of industry and regulatory compliance, and ensure policies and procedures adhere to compliance standards; educate the Administration Team on compliance and develop accountability measures for the team. Communicate complex information and data in digestible formats for the Administration Team using multiple communication channels to ensure understanding (i.e. e-mail, newsletters, Teams site, department meetings). Manage and deploy a team of Business Support Specialists for field support as needed. Act as a champion for the Administration Team by identifying and addressing challenges and roadblocks across the organization or within their clusters, areas and regions. Can predict what groups will do, and how they will react, in different situations Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred, or a related field. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in leading a function and team across a multi-state, multi-site enterprise with increasing levels of responsibility. Demonstrated project management in a multi-site environment with a proven track record of success in influencing without direct authority. Strong organizational, process optimization and process improvement skills. Engaging communicator with the ability to deliver information tailored to a variety of audiences. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Possesses empathy, discretion, and an understanding of the sensitive nature of our services. A commitment to maintaining the highest level of professionalism and respect in all interactions. Work Environment: In office at Support Center M-F required. Travel Requirement: This role has a 25% travel requirement.
