WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE…

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive executive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in multi-site or affiliate-based nonprofit management.
• Experience managing or coaching Executive Directors/senior leaders and engaging with Boards of Directors.
• Proven ability to lead through influence, collaboration, and relationship-building across a decentralized organization and to hold others accountable with compassion, clarity, and consistency.
• Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking, organizational planning, and change management, with the ability to shift seamlessly between big-picture vision and detailed execution.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills, with demonstrated experience having full responsibility for the profit and loss (P&L) of an organization or department.
• Experience in operations, program management, or organizational development.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills with a restorative lens.
• Demonstrated commitment to social, economic, and environmental justice.
