WHY THIS ROLE IS EXTRAORDINARY

At Egis, we don’t just build transit systems and roads; we reimagine how cities move. As the Vice President and National Director, Urban Transportation, you’ll oversee and shape our Rail & Transit team and our Transportation Planning & Mobility team, driving the future of urban mobility across Canada. This pivotal role calls for a subject matter expert in urban transportation—someone with the vision to lead transformational projects and the expertise to guide technical teams to success.
In this role, you’ll leverage your leadership and technical acumen to support the growth of the Urban Transportation service line. You’ll play a critical role in business development, forging strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while also serving as a trusted advisor to your teams. Your insights and experience will drive innovative solutions, ensuring Egis continues to deliver projects that set new benchmarks for quality and creativity.
You’ll lead and inspire teams working on iconic projects, including the Blue Line LRT in Montreal, the Capital Line South LRT Extension in Edmonton, GO Expansion – On-Corridor Works (OnCorr) in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, the Ontario Line in Toronto, and the Gatineau-Ottawa Tramway. These projects represent your opportunity to tackle the challenges of urban growth and connectivity, creating lasting impacts on cities and communities.
Imagine building upon Egis’s global reputation for excellence to create a ripple effect of progress and inspiration—across your teams, our clients, and the industry at large. This is your chance to shape the future of urban transportation in Canada.
