As a Vice President in APAC HR Regulatory Affairs within our Human Resources team, you will be part of a team that oversees the HR aspects of regulatory compensation correspondence and initiatives in the APAC region with a focus on China due to recent and ongoing regulatory developments. You will serve as a key advisor to HR teams, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment while contributing to the success of our global operations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, Audit, Legal, Compliance, or Risk within large multinational companies.
- Proven ability to work in a large-scale, global, and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience working in a large-scale, global and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage HR projects and develop policies, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Accountability and professional judgment with a commitment to quality and timely deliverables.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot independently or escalate when necessary.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS:
- Certification from Singapore’s Institute of Human Resource Professionals.
- Experience with regulatory compensation matters is preferred.
This role is intended to be for an initial term of approximately 5 months only, however, subject to business needs, the contract may be extended or converted to permanent employment.ABOUT US
