  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across diverse geographies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company’s overall mission and growth objectives for behavioral health services across all assigned states.
  • Operational Oversight: Provide comprehensive oversight of all operational aspects for multi-state behavioral health programs, including clinical services, administrative functions, facility management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency, quality of care, patient satisfaction, and financial performance. Implement corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of regional directors and operational leaders. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Budget & Financial Management: Manage operational budgets, analyze financial reports, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure fiscal responsibility across all locations.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance: Work alongside the Clinical and QA teams to ensure all operations adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, including licensing, CMS, and payer requirements.
  • Growth & Expansion Support: Support the integration of new programs, services, and locations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the patient experience.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical leadership, payers, regulatory bodies, and community partners.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel regularly to various multi-state locations as required (approximately 25-35%).
