Develop a global A+D strategy that integrates brand storytelling, industry influence, market intelligence, and partnership planning. Steward relationships with key design and real estate influencers, aligning Continua’s presence and programming across multiple offices and markets. Collaborate Cross-Functionally with Marketing, Sales, and MillerKnoll leadership to amplify Continua’s position as a leading dealer partner and integrated solutions provider. Champion a Unified Experience, ensuring every experiential brand touchpoint reflects Continua’s standards of hospitality, connection, and inspiration. Create and guide the strategy for Continua’s Experience Centers, including content, programming, design intent, hospitality standards, and activation. Partner closely with peers to develop thought leadership, educational programming, showroom content, and events that elevate Continua’s relevance within the design community. Provide strategic direction and oversight for the Manager, Brand Experience in the execution of physical experiences, events, and concierge leadership. Represent Continua as a national industry voice at conferences, design events, panels, and partner engagements. Identify trends, opportunities, and best practices that shape Continua’s future state of A+D engagement and brand experience. Foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and excellence across the entire A+D and brand experience ecosystem. WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE: 10+ years in design, architecture, workplace strategy, or the contract furniture industry, with national or multi-market experience preferred. Demonstrated success leading high-performing, relationship-driven teams. Established senior-level relationships within the A+D community. Deep understanding of commercial interior design principles and the business of design. Experience shaping brand or experience strategy within a creative or design-focused environment. Exceptional communication and presentation skills across diverse audiences. Strategic, collaborative mindset with a passion for elevating experiences and partnerships. Familiarity with MillerKnoll brands and ecosystem (preferred). Ability to travel between markets (approx. 10–15%). Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This position is also eligible for other forms of compensation, including commissions and bonuses.
