Description:

Change Management department is responsible to design and implement a solid change management framework, toolset and governance across all business activities within the Bank. As a Vice President Business Analyst - Project Manager, you will be responsible to lead a project to remediate the Bank’s Financial Regulatory Reporting. You will advise on industry best practice and change / project management standards to ensure the project is delivered effectively. This is a full time 12 months fixed term position.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree educated in Banking, Finance or other equivalent
  • Significant experience working on large-scale and complex change programmes in the Financial Services industry
  • Hands-on experience of regulatory change projects in Global Banking
  • Proven track record delivering complex changes across multiple departments, including front office, operations and IT
  • Experience working with second line of defence (2LoD) and third line of defence (3LoD) teams and processes
  • Solid knowledge of working across Global systems and processes
  • Demonstrable experience with Project Management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
  • Solid experience across all steps in the Project Management Lifecycle
  • Solid people management experience
  • Good understanding of Personal, Corporate and Investment Banking services and products
  • Familiarity with key UK banking rules and regulations
  • Solid knowledge of data management and architecture, operations processes
  • Used to working in a team with a wide variety of skills and abilities, adapting for different levels of experience and seniority
  • Highly organised and used to re-prioritising work as the day / week changes
  • Solid stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team of Business Analysts and/or Project Managers assigned to the Financial Regulatory Reporting project to ensure the project is delivered on time and to agreed requirements
  • Lead front to back data lineage mapping
  • Collaborate with IT Centre Europe to design and build a new Data Mart and set requirements for the overall Data Warehouse
  • Design and implement data governance and data field mapping
  • Design and implement new operations and risk processes
  • Create and lead staff training and communications to help explain and implement the required changes
  • Collaborate with key teams and key senior stakeholders to implement and embed the changes
  • Act as problem solver as issues arise on the project delivery
  • Provide tailored status reporting and advice to key project stakeholders to keep them up to date with progress, risks / issues, plans
