Bachelor's degree Minimum of 5-7 years of experience within the financial services industry Previous experience in Business Continuity, Resiliency or Regulatory roles strongly preferred Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex findings into concise, executive-level reports, presentations and summaries Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive, with demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Self-starter - able to independently conduct information and data gathering and assess and drive the execution of related action steps Resilient under pressure, equipped with strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Collaborative mindset, with proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across Business, Operations and Technology teams
