Position Title: Vice President, Business Development
Location: Remote (Travel Required)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Vice President of Business Development is a key member of Intuitive Health’s growth leadership team, responsible for driving enterprise growth through strategic partnerships with health systems nationwide. This executive role will lead the sourcing, structuring, and closing of new joint venture partnerships, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful execution.
The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of the healthcare provider landscape, strong relationship-building capabilities at the executive level, and a track record of leading complex business development efforts from ideation through execution.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare business development, partnerships, or strategy
  • Deep understanding of health system strategy, operations and joint venture models
  • Proven experience building and closing complex strategic partnerships or joint ventures
  • Exceptional executive presence and interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial and strategic analysis skills, including comfort with presenting complex deal models
  • Track record of influencing and collaborating at the C-suite and board level
  • Ability to manage multiple high-impact opportunities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed
Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and lead strategic partnership opportunities with health systems and other potential collaborators
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for prospective partner organizations, including health system executives (CEO, CFO, CSO, etc.) and boards.
  • Guide the development process, creating relationships with a broad coalition of stakeholders and leading the delivery of proposals, business cases, executive-level presentations, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, legal, operations, marketing) to structure, negotiate, and close transactions
  • Track market dynamics, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in target regions
  • Represent Intuitive Health at national industry conferences, events, and forums
  • Mentor and guide business development team members, directly managing resources working in the assigned territor
