Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans for branch banking, aligned with the overall business objectives, encompassing both current and future branch networks.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, considering factors such as demographics, competition, and market demand.
  • Develop and manage budgets for strategic initiatives pertaining to branch banking.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to execute strategic plans, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Effectively manage stakeholder relationships across different departments and levels within the organization
  • Prepare and present on progress and results to senior management
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to improve branch efficiency and customer experience across all branches.
  • Collaborate with real estate and construction teams to ensure existing and new branch locations are strategically selected and efficiently developed.
