We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Business Technology Liaison to join our General Management/Business Operations team. This role is located in Manchester In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: * Act as a key liaison between business units and engineering teams, ensuring alignment of technology solutions with business objectives by demonstrating expertise in both domains. * Drive the identification and implementation of innovative technology solutions to enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable engineering projects, ensuring clarity and feasibility. * Provide strategic insights and recommendations on technology trends to guide business and operational decision-making. * Ensure the successful execution of engineering projects by managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations effectively. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the Business Technology Liaison family to support BNY's commitment to excellence. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. * Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Engineering) preferred. * Significant relevant experience. * Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to align technology with business needs. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams. * Proven project management skills with the ability to lead complex engineering initiatives from concept to completion.
