Position Summary PatientFi is seeking a strategic and execution-driven Vice President of Capital Markets to lead all aspects of our funding strategy and institutional capital relationships. This senior leadership role will own the development, execution, and optimization of PatientFi’s capital markets strategy—supporting our continued growth as a leading fintech platform in elective healthcare. This role will report to our Chief Financial Officer. The VP will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and managing forward flow agreements, warehouse lines, and securitizations, while building scalable capital infrastructure to support our expanding loan portfolio. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator with deep expertise in structured finance and consumer credit who thrives in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Capital Strategy & Execution ● Develop and execute PatientFi’s capital markets roadmap to support loan origination growth, enhance liquidity, and optimize cost of funds. ● Lead end-to-end structuring, negotiation, and execution of new forward flow agreements, warehouse facilities, and ABS securitizations. ● Evaluate and implement innovative funding structures, SPVs, and credit enhancements to diversify PatientFi’s capital base. ● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast capital needs and align financing strategy with growth objectives. Investor & Partner Management ● Source, onboard, and manage relationships with institutional investors, banks, and credit unions. ● Serve as the primary point of contact for capital partners, ensuring transparency, performance tracking, and strategic alignment. ● Prepare and deliver investor presentations, performance updates, and market insights to partners and the executive team. Treasury & Liquidity Management ● Oversee cash management and liquidity across multiple bank accounts and funding facilities. ● Monitor borrowing bases and covenant compliance across warehouse facilities. ● Partner with Finance and Credit to forecast liquidity requirements and ensure capital efficiency. Analytics & Reporting ● Lead internal and external capital markets reporting, including lender and noteholder updates. ● Partner with FP&A and Credit teams to analyze loan economics, funding costs, and performance metrics. ● Drive automation and scalability in reporting and capital partner communications. Qualifications ● 10+ years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, or treasury roles within fintech, consumer lending, or investment banking. ● Proven track record of closing and managing forward flow agreements, warehouse facilities, and securitizations. ● Deep understanding of ABS structures, SPVs, and relevant regulatory and accounting frameworks ● Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills with institutional investors ● Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Looker). ● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field Preferred Experience ● Experience in healthcare financing, point-of-sale lending or other consumer verticals. ● Familiarity with modern fintech platforms and loan origination systems. ● Prior leadership in scaling capital markets infrastructure in a Series B+ growth-stage fintech. ● Experience managing direct reports The requirements listed are representative, but not all-inclusive of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities needed to perform successfully in this position.
