We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Activation to join our Client Activation team, part of the Enterprise Onboarding Platform. This role is hybrid and located in Manchester, UK.

Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
Lead and manage key projects to support the ongoing transformation of Client Activation on a global scale.
Driving forward operating model changes with a focus on maintaining client service levels, metrics and our strong risk mitigation environment.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders in the Enterprise Onboarding Platform, and across Client Service Delivery, Custody Operations, and other Platforms.
Work with peer group and the global management team to contribute to the the objectives and key results of the Enterprise Onboarding Platform.
Play a key role in executing on other strategic initiatives from a data, automation, risk focused and client excellence lens.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:
Someone who thrives in an environment with frequent change and has experience in understanding and driving change from a process, technology, and organizational perspective.
An experienced change person with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport with direct reports and other colleagues.
Proven success in delivering projects/change, working to short deadlines, and meeting client demands.
Ability to execute and adapt.
The ability to understand and simplify complex processes.
A minimum experience of 2 years managing projects.
