We're seeking a future team member for the role of VP, ETF Segment to join our Client Coverage Practice team. This role is in New York City, NY. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Key support for ETF Industry Lead client coverage teams on strategy, analytics, and driving business development for ETF business across BNY Drive large ETF business opportunities and coordinate cross LOB for 1BNY solutions. Prepare executive level reporting and analysis for monthly business reviews Analyze ETF market data, prepare research reports, and create both internal and client-facing content for ETFs Conduct competitive reviews across various BNY products To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in a related field Strong analytical and quantitative skills Demonstrated interest in financial markets, asset management, capital markets, or ETFs Ability to solution problems, work across LOBs, and work with data under ambiguity Clear, concise, written, and verbal communication skill. Proven teamwork, leadership, and initiative. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $68,000 and $130,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
