- Works to achieve the success and client enablement of platforms and products across the enterprise, including enhancements, changes, transitions, and complex remediation plans. - May be engaged to participate on delivery plans across products and platforms. - Partner with our clients and internal stakeholders to scope requirements which leverage our standard product and service offerings or remediate acute issues impacting client health. - Works through or defines delivery plans for client implementations of one or more products, services and platforms or complex remediation plans. - Contributes to or oversees and governs the implementation and set-up of products and services by coordinating across internal and external stakeholders. - Track critical milestones, dependencies, and risks across the delivery lifecycle, including identification, escalation, and remediation of impediments across internal and external stakeholders. - Delivers or creates and delivers effective communication strategies across internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership. - Implement change control processes in response to client requests, in partnership with other practices and platforms. - Participates in or manages the implementation closure, including notification to internal and external stakeholders; collect feedback and integrate into future processes to ensure continuous improvement. - May engage in activities related to sales support, including creation of RFPs and/or consulting with clients on requirements. - Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required. - Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is desirable. - Proven ability to innovate and drive process improvements"
