We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, OPS Client Service to join our Custody Client Operations team. This role is located in Manchester, UK. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: * Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery, by leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies, ensuring timely and accurate client reporting. * Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and expertise. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. * Experience in an operational area and/or client services is preferred. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration across teams.
