We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Processing to join our UK TRANSFER AGENCY OPERATIONS team. This role is located in MANCHESTER In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Ensure full, timely compliance with UK regulatory reporting service requirements for our clients, ensuring reporting accuracy and timeliness. Reports including submissions to HMRC and the FCA, as required for Transfer Agency clients. Strengthen operational resilience through robust reconciliations and exception management, reducing breaks and aged items, accelerating root-cause resolution, and lowering operational risk. Enhance client outcomes with proactive communication and insight-rich reporting, identifying trends, thereby improving client confidence, satisfaction, and retention. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
