Description
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred, including 0-1 years in management. Prior experience with SWIFT messaging highly preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Applications, specifically SharePoint. Deep experience in Liquidity Operations, Funds Control, or Treasury Operations within an investment banking or global payments environment. Strong knowledge of Liquidity Direct, Indirect flows, CFC, and GFC frameworks Proven ability to lead teams AND roll up your sleeves to tackle operational challenges head-on. Expertise in payment flows, Nostro accounts, intraday liquidity, cash forecasting, and reconciliation systems (TLM, SWIFT, etc.). Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Risk awareness, ownership mentality, and ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
