We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Investment Performance & Compliance Consultant (Dutch-Speaking) (Contract Job Title: Vice President, Client Reporting/Performance Manager) to join our Fund & Investor Solutions team. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: The primary responsibility of this role is to support institutional clients and manage the service and commercial aspects of the client relationship. The position is strongly focused on the EMEA market, with particular emphasis on Dutch-speaking clients, requiring tailored communication and service delivery aligned with regional expectations. Interacts with client investment offices within large institutional investors and key BNY stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction with BNY and their willingness to subscribe to additional services. Interact with clients to resolve internal and external inquiries and requirements related to all aspects of institutional clients' use of a range of advanced services within Global Risk Solutions (Performance & Compliance), including performance measurement, asset allocation, attribution, risk and other investment analysis. Manage and undertake initiatives and projects individually. Provide excellent client services and managing multiple stakeholders in the areas of client sales, on-boarding, migration and conversion Work across functional groups within BNY to understand how they support investment data, operational processes, and technical aspects to ensure client issues are resolved promptly. Coordinate across the company to research and resolve issues with data quality or complex technical issues. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Proficiency in Dutch is essential for this role. The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively with Dutch-speaking clients and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to ensure high-quality service delivery and relationship management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Also requires ability to interact with detailed data or analysis questions as necessary and move from detailed to high level discussions flexibly depending upon the situation and the level of sophistication of the client contacts. Good understanding of the different securities available in the market – bonds, equities, derivatives – as well as various market events (e.g. corporate actions). Expertise in investment and risk analysis and knowledge of how institutional investors use advanced investment analysis services within their investment programs would be an asset. Experience: 5 – 7 years of overall work experience. Relevant experience e.g. Fund Accounting, Performance or Compliance will be advantageous. Accounting/ Economics/ Finance / Math’s university degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is advantageous.
