Description

Antenna is an integrated marketing and communications agency focused on climate, real estate, mobility, health, and more. We combine deep domain knowledge with proven integrated marketing solutions to help innovative, impact-driven companies amplify their vision, supercharge their growth, and inspire action. We believe that conscious brands can deliver consequential change because brand impact demands brand cognizance.
We are looking for an individual who can contribute a diverse perspective and new ideas to the Antenna community. We celebrate differences among our staff and encourage everyone to be their authentic selves. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and remain committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, supportive, and respectful environment where each Ant feels a sense of dignity, belonging, and acceptance.
Antenna is looking for seasoned communicator who has navigated complex industries—energy, climate tech, infrastructure or industrial transformation—and makes them resonate with stakeholders from Wall Street to Washington. You’ve counseled executives through pivotal moments, crafted narratives that define categories, and built programs that move perception and protect reputation.
This isn’t a place to coast. You want to lead, to shape the conversation around some of the most consequential issues of our time, and to grow an agency that’s as ambitious as the clients it serves.
While this role is fully remote eligible, our ideal candidate is based in New York City, Washington D.C., or San Francisco—markets where we have strong client and team presence.
