JOB DESCRIPTION OF VICE PRESIDENT PARTNERSHIPS

The Vice President Partnerships is responsible for leading the development and implementation of all Nuritas’ strategy, planning, and revenue generation in the commercial partnership category, specifically:

  • Shape and execute Nuritas’ partnership strategy in alignment with the organization’s global vision. This strategy should include a clear path to revenue generation via commercial agreements that leverage Nuritas’ AI discovery platform (Magnifier).
  • Identify and engage with target companies that are the best fit for our Magnifier AI discovery partnership model. These targets could be other functional ingredient, personal care, food beverage, B2B companies, etc.
  • Develop and close commercial agreements via Magnifier partnerships that maximize Nuritas revenue while delivering the potential for a lasting relationship with clients.
  • Lead cross-functional activities (especially with RD) to ensure that milestones in existing and future partnership agreements are achieved on time and in full.
  • Deliver near term partnership revenue targets while building the customer pipeline for future growth.
  • Demonstrate an ability to cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s offerings and expand the customer base.

OTHER KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • A 5-10 years relevant industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree – MBA desirable.
  • Technical background desirable.
  • Strong oral and written skills.
  • Extensive travel (50%) to customer sites is crucial.
  • Experience in RD or PD is beneficial.
