We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Commercial Planning & Execution to join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Hong Kong. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Conduct comprehensive analysis of APAC financial corridors, including cross-border payment flows, regulatory changes, and economic indicators to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities. Continuously monitor competitor activities and client behavior to anticipate market shifts and inform strategic decisions. Build and nurture tri-party partnerships with banks, NBFIs, and internal BNY stakeholders. Facilitate collaboration to co-develop innovative business models and solutions that leverage the strengths of each partner to drive mutual growth. Translate market insights into a prioritized pipeline of BNY opportunities aligned with BNY’s strategic growth objectives. Evaluate potential revenue impact, client fit, and competitive positioning to focus efforts on high-value targets. Collaborate with product, sales, and client teams to design and package Treasury Services products into tailored solutions that address specific client needs and market demands. Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with BNY’s value proposition. Develop, approve, and implement full business cases for each initiative to maximize ROI. Lead the execution of go-to-market plans for new and existing solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and effective client engagement. Adapt strategies based on market feedback and performance data to optimize outcomes. Develop and disseminate market intelligence, competitive analysis, and client insights to internal teams. Equip sales and client-facing colleagues with tools, training, and resources to enhance their ability to engage clients and close business. Act as a subject matter expert to provide the sales organization with confidence to deliver on ROI and sales goals. Foster a strong collaborative and sales-oriented culture by thinking broadly and deeply across the Treasury Services business. Identify holistic solutions by integrating multiple products and services to solve unique client problems. Maintain a sales mindset focused on enabling sales teams to quickly adapt, leverage, and sell for faster lead-to-ledger conversion. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Experience in market and corridor analysis, client enablement, or sales strategy within financial services, preferably Treasury Services. Strong knowledge of APAC financial corridors, banks, and NBFIs ecosystem. Ability to identify opportunities that are not always visible. Extensive problem-solving and problem-identification skills. Capacity to work deeply and broadly across multiple lines of business and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Proven ability to develop partnerships and package products into client-centric solutions. Understanding of market trends, client behaviors, and needs to create unique multi-faceted solutions applicable regionally and globally. Analytical and strategic thinker with strong execution skills and ability to quickly bring partners together. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities. Extensive knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and its applicability. Knowledge and understanding of Digital Assets including Stablecoins, CBDCs, and Tokenized Cash/Assets.
