Experience in market and corridor analysis, client enablement, or sales strategy within financial services, preferably Treasury Services. Strong knowledge of APAC financial corridors, banks, and NBFIs ecosystem. Ability to identify opportunities that are not always visible. Extensive problem-solving and problem-identification skills. Capacity to work deeply and broadly across multiple lines of business and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Proven ability to develop partnerships and package products into client-centric solutions. Understanding of market trends, client behaviors, and needs to create unique multi-faceted solutions applicable regionally and globally. Analytical and strategic thinker with strong execution skills and ability to quickly bring partners together. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities. Extensive knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and its applicability. Knowledge and understanding of Digital Assets including Stablecoins, CBDCs, and Tokenized Cash/Assets.
