The Role: We are seeking a channel sales leader to own relationships with broker-consultant firms and drive employer opportunities through this ecosystem. This role is highly strategic and relationship-driven, focused on building trust with consultants while converting broker-led opportunities into revenue. Key Responsibilities: * Build deep partnerships with national and regional broker-consultant firms * Educate consultants on Ilant’s clinical model and outcomes * Identify opportunities within broker client portfolios * Generate and manage broker-led employer opportunities * Conduct consultant training sessions and partner enablement * Collaborate with employer sales teams to close broker-sourced deals * Represent Ilant Health at industry conferences and broker events * Help shape Ilant’s broker strategy and channel growth Qualifications: * 7–12+ years selling into the broker-consultant ecosystem * Deep relationships with firms such as Mercer, Aon, WTW, Lockton, Gallagher * Experience selling employer healthcare solutions * Strong credibility with benefits consultants * Strategic thinker who can mine large consultant portfolios * Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort building a channel Benefits and Perks: We believe great work happens when people are supported, trusted, and given the flexibility to thrive.
