Description
Bachelor's degree holder preferable major in Business or Finance 5-10 years of governance/controls/operations/business administration support work experience in Investment Management / Asset Management preferred. Working experience in the Banking industry would be considered. Diligent, detail-minded, curious, and be able to work in a multi-tasking environment. Good communication and presentation skills. Excellent skills in Microsoft Offices and experience in AI and database operations would be advantageous. Fluent Japanese and business level English. An ability Focus on successful delivery of goals and demonstrate a sense of personal accountability and urgency to achieve results. Demonstrate team spirit to accomplish governance and control related tasks with other key stakeholders.
