Description

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred. Experience in risk and compliance, control testing, the securities or financial services industry (e.g. SOX, Internal Audit) is preferred. Typically 5-10 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to guide and influence stakeholders. Proficiency in leveraging technology to drive process improvements and operational efficiency. Ability to understand and analyze data to develop testing samples based on risk and other factors, identify anomalies and provide evidence-based conclusions on control effectiveness.
