We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Corporate Actions Manager to join our Corporate Actions team. This role is located in Manchester, United Kingdom. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: * Responsible for managing Voluntary Corporate Actions experience managing high value ( $250K+ min ) voluntary corporate actions across Event Capture, Instruction Capture, Processing , and Payment Reconciliations for all EMEA based clients with extended knowledge of APAC/US/LATAM markets voluntary Corporate Actions To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: * A minimum of 5+ years of Voluntary Corporate Actions experience managing high value * Knowledge of how all voluntary Corporate Actions events work from announcement through payment and reconciliation, including but not limited to all market nuances and major depository processes. (i.e. Euroclear & CREST ). * Additional ability to interact with client facing teams and join client meetings.
