As a core business, Fund Administration is at the heart of Citco’s operations, providing alternative asset and accounting services to clients. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions enables us to deliver a seamless client experience. We’re now seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee our Corporate Secretarial - Client Services function, a critical component of our growing Fund Administration business.
In addition to leading a local team, you will manage teams across multiple locations, working closely with senior management. You will bring strong commercial and operational acumen and enjoy working closely with internal and external clients at the firm, adding value to the CoSec business teams.
This is a unique opportunity to lead services across multiple regional countries, working closely with senior management and internal clients to drive growth and add value to our CoSec Client Services chain. As a key member of our team, you will bring strong commercial acumen, exceptional leadership qualities, and operational expertise to the role. Your ability to think strategically, lead projects, and improve business processes will be essential in driving our business forward and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Your Role
Leadership & Management
Collaborate with other departments and act as the link from CoSec Services into the wider CRM modelFoster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on exceptional client service.
Client Relationship
Identify opportunities to expand existing relationship by cross-selling additional Citco products/servicesSupport the Relationship Managers with regards to performance and financial targets
Service Delivery
Plan resources in line with business demands, seeking opportunities to implement efficiencies and grow the book of business.Work closely with the Operations team to identify opportunities for process improvements and system development with the aim of minimizing operational risk and improving efficiencies
Compliance / Governance
Responsible for adherence to applicable company policies, procedures and internal controls (including audit, risk & compliance, business continuity) and foster a favourable control environment.Ownership of risk events, escalation and incident resolution and implement action plans as required.
