We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Corporate Secretary to join our BNY Investments team. This role is located in Luxembourg. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Ensuring the efficient operation of governance activities in Luxembourg and its 5 branch locations as well providing additional support the UK BNY Investment business where required Capable of managing corporate calendars, coordinating meetings and events, collecting and drafting meeting materials and providing general support. Support regulatory filings and responses to department inquiries. Collection and organization of meeting material. Preparation of agenda packs for assigned boards and dispatch to meeting participants. Draft and or review department produced work product such as board & committee meeting material, minutes and resolutions to ensure consistency and quality Actively contribute to the automation and standardization of Management Company and Fund Regulatory reporting projects. Ensure corporate filings are done for the entity and branches. . Maintain Authorised Signature Lists, handle trade registry registrations and assist in annual audits and inquiries related to corporate events. Support regulatory filing production. Actively contribute to the automation and standardization of Management Company Regulatory reporting projects. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Proven experience in the investment fund industry, Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple regulatory tasks simultaneously. A high level of computer literacy, with proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software. Good interpersonal skills, enabling close collaboration with colleagues, clients, and external business contacts. the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
