Job Description Required Experience 5–10 years in financial services Corporate Trust experience strongly preferred Contract negotiation experience (ideally with legal exposure) Education Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business, or related) Advanced degree preferred Core Competencies Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage large deal volumes (100+ transactions) High stress tolerance / ability to operate in fast-paced environments Strategic mindset Strong relationship management skills Ability to manage projects / process initiatives Key Responsibilities Contract Negotiation & Risk Management Partner with legal and internal stakeholders to negotiate: Bond Indentures Paying Agent Agreements Escrow Agreements Identify and mitigate: Contractual risks Operational risks Regulatory risks Deal Execution & Onboarding Coordinate onboarding across internal systems Ensure accuracy and timeliness aligned to contract terms Client Experience Deliver high-quality, responsive service Anticipate client needs and use technology to enhance delivery Cross-Functional Collaboration Work across teams to improve processes and efficiency Drive continuous improvement initiatives Risk & Compliance Promote risk awareness culture Escalate issues proactively with recommendations Stay current on market trends and regulatory developments.
