Description

We’re hiring a dynamic and experienced Leader to head our Data & Integration Operations team. This role requires a strong mix of leadership, execution, and collaboration, ideally with experience in fintech or financial services. You’ll be the senior-most representative on-site, responsible for team growth, operational excellence, and culture. Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day operations and serve as the primary point of contact for the Data & Integration Operations team. Lead and mentor our cross-functional team across data analytics, support, and operations. Drive hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of local talent. Build a strong, values-aligned culture rooted in trust, autonomy, and excellence. Collaborate closely with leadership across product, engineering, and finance to ensure strategic alignment. Oversee performance and reporting for the local data analytics team, ensuring insights inform business decisions. Contribute to site-level planning, operational processes, and delivery tracking Requirements 10+ years of people and team management experience. Prior experience leading a team of 25+ people. Strong background in financial services, fintech, or related operational roles. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-growth environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset. Must be based full-time in Coimbatore, with occasional travel to other Arcana locations Nice to Have Experience working with or managing distributed/global teams. Comfort navigating the fast pace and ambiguity of start-up environments.

Responsibilities

The Vice President of Data Operations will oversee day-to-day operations and lead the Data & Integration Operations team. This includes mentoring team members, driving hiring and development, and ensuring strategic alignment with leadership across various departments.
