We're seeking a future team member for the role of Data Steward to join our Data governance team, part of the Global Collateral Platform. This role is located in Lake Mary. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Develop and implement comprehensive data governance strategies by leveraging expertise in data management and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity, supporting informed decision-making and operational efficiency. Lead initiatives to enhance data governance frameworks, driving continuous improvement and innovation in data management. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to stakeholders on data governance matters, fostering a culture of data stewardship and accountability. Monitor and report on data governance performance, using analytics to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic initiatives. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Math/Statistics, or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience required. Typically 3-7 years of experience. Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data quality and integrity. Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
