SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, capital markets, debt/equity instruments, and M&A.
  • Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning skills.
  • Effective leadership and team development experience; ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing for and participating in public company earnings calls, including executive messaging and investor Q&A strategy.
  • Experience in proposal and pro forma development preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience managing people preferred.

TRAVEL AND TIME REQUIREMENTS

Travel: Frequent regional travel required.
Nights/Weekends: Occasional evening work and overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Vice President of Corporate Finance is responsible for an operating regions goals in closure of acquisition, medical director agreement, acutes service and joint venture opportunities with physician practices, hospitals, and other partner entities. Responsible in the development and execution of deal strategy including innovative thinking and ideas to improve deal outcomes in operating region. Position has full leadership responsibility for recruitment, hiring, retention, performance development, performance management, salary adjustments, and termination of direct reports.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead all aspects of corporate finance, including capital structure management, liquidity planning, investor relations support, and long-term financial strategy.
  • Develop and implement financing strategies to support corporate growth, including debt and equity financing, refinancing, and capital allocation.
  • Partner with the CFO and Investor Relations to prepare for quarterly earnings calls, including financial analysis, script development, Q&A preparation, and messaging alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with Investor Relations on quarterly earnings releases, presentations, and talking points for executive leadership.
  • Support investor relations with insights on capital markets activity, financial performance, and strategic direction.
  • Monitor market sentiment and analyst expectations to help shape communication strategies for earnings and investor engagement.
  • Other duties as assigned.
