Position Purpose: Responsible for embedding enterprise architecture and performance & reliability into delivery through modern engineering practices. Leads the enablement of DevSecOps, AIOps, platform engineering, and CI/CD capabilities, ensuring that delivery teams are empowered with the tools, processes, and talent models needed to execute with speed, quality, and agility.

  • Lead the enterprise-wide adoption of DevSecOps, AIOps, MLOps, and CI/CD practices.
  • Drive the evolution of delivery models, team topologies, and platform engineering capabilities.
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Service Intelligence & Reliability Engineering to translate strategic designs into executable delivery patterns.
  • Improve developer experience through tooling, automation, and streamlined workflows.
  • Establish governance and best practices for secure, scalable, and efficient software delivery.
  • Collaborate with Service Intelligence to ensure operational excellence post-deployment.
  • Define and track metrics for delivery velocity, quality, and platform performance.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and engineering excellence.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.Pay Range: $223,200.00 - $422,900.00 per year
