VICE PRESIDENT, DIGITAL DESIGN is responsible for the creative and technical execution of the annual Prospectus agenda and Yearbook for the school year. VICE PRESIDENT, DIGITAL DESIGN will construct original spreads based on a creative theme, resulting in work that will be published in print for UBC Sauder students. \n Time Commitment 5-7 hr/week, 7-9 during peak periods Term of Employment June 2026 - May 2027 Main Responsibilities Collaborate and construct themes for the Yearbook with the team and co-chairs of the Yearbook & Prospectus Maintain design cohesion and aesthetics across projects Design input in the layout and graphics for the prospectus agenda and yearbook Attend weekly or bi-weekly portfolio meetings for process tracking Manage and communicate with fellow team members Qualifications Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom etc.), Canva Passion and drive to continuously improve design skills Ensure all tasks are completed on schedule to allow timely printing and distribution of the agenda Proactive communication with the team during the term of employment Anticipated Learning Outcomes VICE PRESIDENTS, DIGITAL DESIGN should be able to develop their communication skills throughout their term. As VICE PRESIDENTS, DIGITAL DESIGN, incumbents will also be able to meet and develop connections with business professionals.
