Compensation: $210,000 - $260,000 per year. You are eligible for a Short-Term Incentive Plan with the target at 30% of your annual earnings; terms and conditions apply.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent work experience; Master’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in digital health, enterprise solutions, or related industries
  • Proven track record of successfully leading digital health product development and service delivery teams
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards in the healthcare industry
  • Experienced in software development lifecycle (SDLC) process for digital health products
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital health and enterprise solutions strategy aligned with Ambry’s overall business objectives
  • Identify emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industry
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, technology partners, and regulators
  • Ensure that digital health initiatives are scalable, sustainable, and deliver measurable business value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, and clinical operations, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of digital health initiatives
  • Communicate the value proposition of digital health and enterprise solutions to senior leadership and other stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond
  • Promote and foster industry best practices in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative digital health products and enterprise solutions
  • Ensure products meet the highest standards of quality, usability, and regulatory compliance
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product development team
  • Manage the delivery of digital health services to clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and outcomes
  • Implement best practices and processes to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive improvements and achieve business goals
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals in product development, service delivery, and other relevant areas
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and excellence
