QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Leading security strategy and operations for agile or product management environments.
  • Developed security strategy in complex environments facilitating multiple business partners and a shared technology platform.
  • Demonstrated ability in building federated security teams to support multiple business partners and a shared technology platform.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Development: Collaborate with the team to build a security function that aligns with our product management model, innovative partnerships, and the challenges and opportunities associated with AI.
  • Innovation Facilitation: Work with the team to develop processes that facilitate innovation and new partnerships, including effective testing and evaluation environments.
  • Risk Management: Manage risk decisions associated with innovation and experimentation, ensuring that security remains a priority without hindering progress.
  • Collaboration: Engage with product teams and the product engineering organization to plan how security resources will be integrated into product development.
  • Guidance and Learning: Report to the Chief Information Officer while working under the guidance of the CISO to understand the environment and effectively help security teams engage in these new processes and collaborations
