JOB SUMMARY:

The Vice President of Digital Commerce Marketing is a strategic and executional leader responsible for accelerating online revenue and brand growth within the home décor and furnishings industry. This role oversees all digital marketing functions—ranging from performance marketing and SEO to CRM and content strategy—designed to drive traffic, enhance conversion, and improve customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate blends creativity, analytics, and customer insight to deliver a best-in-class eCommerce experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience, including at least 4 in an eCommerce leadership role.
  • Proven track record in driving online sales growth (showing how your experience can relate to the home décor, furnishings, and lifestyle retail space).
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel consumer behavior and product discovery for in home shopping.
  • Proficient in marketing technologies such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, and Shopify/BigCommerce.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the digital marketing strategy to drive DTC eCommerce growth and customer acquisition globally.
  • Lead paid media efforts (search, social, display, retargeting) and maximize campaign ROI (especially as it relates to Amazon, TikTok, and other e-tailers/social platforms).
  • Drive SEO, content marketing, and storytelling to inspire and convert lifestyle-focused shoppers.
  • Manage CRM, email, and lifecycle marketing programs to boost retention and repeat purchase rates.
  • Partner with sales, creative, and CM (Category Manager) teams to deliver a seamless and visually engaging customer journey.
  • Monitor KPIs and analytics to continuously optimize performance and drive decision-making.
  • Stay on top of digital and home décor trends to keep the brand ahead of competitors.
