Description

Resmed is building the next generation digital backbone for our global supply chain. As Vice President, Digital Supply Chain, you will report directly to the Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) and play a pivotal role in creating an integrated, future‑ready global operation. The role is flexible in location, with a preference for candidates based in Australia, Singapore, or the West Coast of the U.S. to optimize collaboration across global time zones.
You’ll lead the transformation of systems, data, processes, and capabilities—from planning to fulfillment. This includes executive oversight of our global ERP transformation ( Ignite , powered by Oracle Fusion), shaping future‑state supply chain designs, and embedding advanced analytics, and Industry 4.0 capabilities into our core operations.
You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with a world‑class team across operations, engineering, quality, and IT—partnering closely with the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team to ensure strong governance and alignment. Together, we’ll position ResMed as a recognized leader in digital supply chain excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Vision & Roadmap : Define and drive the long‑term digital supply chain strategy, aligned to Resmed’s 2030 business objectives, with clear governance in partnership with the GSC leadership team.
  • Digital Transformation Leadership : Lead major digital programs including ERP (Oracle Fusion), MES, and data modernization to unlock agility, productivity, and scalability.
  • Future‑State Design : Shape digitally enabled processes, smart manufacturing systems, and scalable architectures across all regions.
  • Operational Excellence : Ensure seamless integration of planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment functions—delivering end‑to‑end process standardization and efficiency.
  • Data & Analytics : Embed advanced analytics, AI‑driven insights, and predictive capabilities into the supply chain to drive decision‑making, forecasting accuracy, and measurable business results.
  • People Leadership : Build, inspire, and develop a high‑performing digital supply chain team with the skills and capabilities needed for the next decade.
