Program Design & Strategy Lead the design and development of the firm's employee investing program, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, employee engagement goals, and regulatory standards. Develop the strategic framework for employee participation, eligibility, investment options, and governance structures. Conduct benchmarking and best-practice analyses to ensure the program is competitive and innovative within the financial services industry. Program Development & Implementation Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, including timelines, milestones, and key deliverables for program rollout. Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Compliance, Fund Governance, Technology) and third-party administrator(s) to build operational and technical infrastructure to support program administration. Develop policies, procedures, and communications to ensure seamless execution and understanding of the program across eligible employee levels. Employee Experience & Investor Relations Create content and engagement initiatives to help employees understand and maximize their participation in the program. Serve as a subject matter expert to employees and senior leadership on investment options and program features. Continuous Improvement Monitor trends in employee benefits and investment programs to identify new opportunities for innovation. Recommend program enhancements based on evolving employee needs, market developments, and firm priorities. Minimum of 5-7 years, designing and implementing employee investment programs experience preferred. Prior experience in creating and managing co-investment vehicles or employee investment programs. Strong understanding of private market fund structures - PE, credit, and real assets - and investor documentation Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a client-first mentality. Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, finance or business administration. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
