Description

AgentSync is a powerful, easy-to-use Compliance as a Service solution, directly integrating regulatory database sources of truth (i.e. NIPR, FINRA) with core business systems (i.e. Salesforce) so we can automate the critical business processes associated with these compliance requirements.
We’re a new-school solution tackling an age-old, ubiquitous problem with smart technology and automation in a market full of inefficient, high-cost solution options - spreadsheets, manual processes, legacy software, more headcount, outsourcing, etc.

OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking a VP, Engineering to lead our engineering organization through its next stage of growth. This role is central to scaling the infrastructure, platforms, and systems that power our enterprise SaaS solutions that serve our insurance customers — including products built on and outside the Salesforce platform.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring our products lead with quality, which means they are performant, secure, and compliant with insurance industry requirements while delivering exceptional user experiences for carriers, agencies and MGAs. As a strategic and collaborative leader, you’ll align engineering priorities with Product, Security and Go-To-Market teams to deliver innovation at scale.
You will own enterprise level, quality delivery of multiple product lines across different tech stacks, including: react based web applications, Salesforce managed application, platform microservices built on AWS and commercial APIs.
As VP of engineering, you are responsible for the architectural vision for the entire agentsync ecosystem. Delivering features that advance the product lines and platforms towards our business objectives. You are responsible for upskilling the engineering team, driving business development and ensuring that the technical infrastructure can support rapid growth.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • 10+ years in software engineering with strategic leadership experience at VP or Head of Engineering level
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the insurance industry or other highly compliance driven industries is a plus
  • Strong track record in B2B enterprise SaaS, ideally in fast-paced Series B–D stage company where you’ve successfully evolved engineering processes and cultures
  • Proven experience scaling and leading engineering teams across a hybrid & remote environment
  • Experience partnering closely with product and go-to-market teams to align engineering initiatives with revenue goals
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate high-level vision into actionable plans
  • Demonstrated ability to balance roadmap delivery with customer commitments, technical constraints, and evolving market needs
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders, customers, and teams at all levels

DON’T MEET EVERY SINGLE REQUIREMENT?

At AgentSync we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
