We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Corporate Social Responsibility & Social Investing to join our Marketing & Corporate Affairs team. This role is located in CITY. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Lead the development and implementation of corporate social responsibility strategies by leveraging expertise in the field to align with BNY's strategic objectives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and execute social investing opportunities that enhance community partnerships and drive social impact. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social responsibility initiatives by utilizing data-driven insights to ensure continued alignment with organizational goals. Advocate for sustainable business practices by promoting awareness and engagement in corporate social responsibility across the organization. To be successful in this role, we are seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Typically 7-12 years of experience; background in sustainability and/or social practices preferred. Strong leadership and strategic planning skills to drive social responsibility initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Analytical skills to assess program impact and align with BNY's strategic goals.
