The location for this position is virtual/remote
This is your chance to be part of our Hotel Operations team that oversees the daily functions of our US, Canada, & French Polynesia managed hotel portfolio! As the VP of F&B Operations, you will lead strategic initiatives across 150 Luxury and Full-Service hotels. Reporting to the SVP F&B Operations Americas.

SUCCESS WILL DEMONSTRATE ITSELF THROUGH THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS:

  • Multi-regional F&B operations with a focus on innovation, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
  • Experience driving revenue growth, managing costs, and achieving profitability through data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience leading teams, mentoring senior leaders, and building talent pipelines across diverse markets.

IT WOULD BE USEFUL IN THIS POSITION FOR YOU TO DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING CAPABILITIES AND DISTINCTIONS:

  • Experience working in a matrixed environment.
  • Examples of how you have led enterprise wide projects from inception through completion and delivered on performance objectives/Return on investment.
Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL ALSO INCLUDE:

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for F&B operations across your hotels and resorts in the United States, Canada, and French-Polynesian regions.
  • Ensure quality, service, and guest satisfaction across all F&B functions.
  • Implement best practices and strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability and guest satisfaction
  • Guide F&B performance by implementing strategies, optimizing outlet operations, and enhancing guest satisfaction metrics.
  • Analyze financial performance, implement cost-control measures, guide F&B revenue growth, and achieve F&B profitability goals.
  • Provide leadership and support for large-scale conferences and signature corporate events (e.g., Americas Leadership & Commercial Conference, 3,500 attendees, for a 4-day event).
  • Lead the development of future F&B talent (e.g., Recruiting, Training, etc.)

TO FULFILL THIS ROLE SUCCESSFULLY, YOU MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Ten (10) years of work experience in Full-Service Restaurant, Hotel Operations and Hospitality operations.
  • Experience with financial acumen and operational expertise.
  • Willing to travel up to 75%.
