Description Discover your exciting role As Vice President Finance, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing the financial strategy of a high-growth, multinational organization. Your role will drive profitability, optimize cash flow, and support sustainable growth in a manufacturing-driven environment. Explore your tasks and responsibilities Financial Strategy & Leadership Develop and implement the financial strategy in alignment with business objectives. Provide strategic direction for financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. Finance Operations & Compliance Oversee accounting and reporting functions, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Optimize cash flow, working capital, and investments (CapEx). Ensure robust internal controls and risk management. Strategic Initiatives & M&A Lead M&A due diligence and integration efforts. Support audits and compliance with international standards. Team Leadership Manage and mentor a finance team of professionals and managers. Drive digitalization and ERP transformation projects. Show your expertise University degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Management or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including 10+ years in senior finance leadership roles. Proven track record in high-growth, multinational companies. Strong background in manufacturing environments (companies producing physical products). Expertise in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
