Role: Vice President, Financial Services Virtual Staffing
Work Arrangement: Work From Office

Job Description:
- Expand our market presence by promoting virtual staffing solutions to financial institutions through strategic outreach to lenders, collections managers, and crypto platforms.
- Leverage your deep understanding of offshoring to develop tailored solutions for finance-specific functions including loan processing, underwriting, collections, compliance, and blockchain support.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities—articulating the ROI of virtual teams and developing strong executive value propositions for CFOs, COOs, and Heads of Operations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through focused sales planning, while emphasizing HubSpot CRM adoption to drive data-driven decisions and pipeline transparency.
- Track trends across traditional banking, alternative lending, collections, and the digital finance ecosystem to position Cloudstaff as the preferred partner for global staffing.
- Work closely with Marketing, Recruitment, Compliance, Client Services, and Delivery teams to ensure excellent onboarding, service delivery, and long-term client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in senior business development or account leadership roles within the financial services industry, ideally involving outsourcing, fintech, or crypto-enabled service delivery
- Demonstrated success in building and managing a book of business through innovative networking and sales strategies
- In-depth knowledge and expertise across the financial services industry, particularly in offshore staffing
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and lead a high-performing team
Location Requirement: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Dallas, TX. Alternative hub cities (e.g., Atlanta, Miami, Chicago or Los Angeles) considered for the right candidate.
